About FAIRFIELD GUEST HOUSE:
Fairfield Guest House is a fully renovated Federation house offering six double rooms with a choice of ensuite or shared facilities. The Guest House is situated ten minutes from central Melbourne and is a short walk from public transport, the beautiful Fairfield Parklands and the Yarra River. We offer quiet, comfortable accommodation at an affordable price. Each room has queensize bed, TV, video, bar fridge, toaster, kettle, microwave oven. clock radio, ceiling fan and oil heater. Our tariff includes a continental breakfast of croissants, toast, muffins, cereal, juice, fruit and tea and coffee. Cooked breakfast and other meals are available. Dinner is available from our friends next door at the Grandview Hotel from 6pm to 9pm – charged to your Fairfield Guest House account. We can arrange dinner and drinks to be delivered to your room between 6pm and 8pm. The restaurant precincts of Brunswick, Fitzroy and Lygon Streets are only a short distance away.
